Yesterday was Maren's Birthday! Yay! We would have typed this yesterday, but the day was sooo good, that sitting in front of a computer would have made the day worse. Derek, unfortunately had class until noon, but then we farmed off the boys, and went skiing at Brianhead! We bought some skis and boots for Maren for her birthday, so this was a trial run. They worked out to be a little on the long side, but they skied just fine. Maren shreds.
After we skied, we had some friends over for a potluck. it was really yummy. (maren's cake was trifle....mmm) we ended her day with a late night of Derek's lame math assignment which he forgot was due this morning. Derek's nemesis. (DIE! HATE! BURN!)
Milo is doing fine. See maren's blog for his and jonas' ism's. He likes being the big brother. (punk) Jonas is patient though. He sees the fun in everything. Very optimistic.
We're really excited for next week. Gramma Bryan is coming down to Cedar to visit with milo and jonas. Maren and Derek are going to a Wilderness Education Association conference down in san diego for all of next week. yipee! We're going to certainly miss the boys, but we also are really excited to go the California. we are finally going to have our honeymoon....after 6 years....with derek's classmates and boss. yea...it's going to be great.

Happy Birthday! Sounds like it was pretty great, minus Math! We're glad you can finally have that honeymoon. And instead of an officer shining his light on you in your "car time", maybe it can be an employer instead! We miss you guys a ton and love you.
